These international shipping costs always depend on the same factors:
- Recipient country
- Weight and size of the shipment
- selected shipping provider
- Shipping options (e.g. Economy, Premium or Express) and desired delivery time
- Shipping insurance (is insurance > €500 desired?)
- Delivery address (there are regions where shipping providers charge extra)
- Possibly necessary export declaration (MRN, ABD)
- DDP or DDU shipping: While with DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) the recipient pays the import duties in the recipient country, with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) the sender does so.

Special considerations for international shipping
Correct address format, postal codes and restricted delivery areas
When shipping internationally, the destination address must be entered in the correct format to guarantee delivery. This format often varies depending on the destination country. To avoid errors and ensure correct delivery without delay, you can enter the data into a pre-formatted address field on our website; we will then convert it to the correct format. You only need to be aware of any regional delivery restrictions. If delivery to your international destination is not possible, this will be indicated during the booking process when you enter the recipient's postal code.
Proper packaging
For international shipping, your goods must be packed in sturdy, at least double-walled cardboard boxes. The contents should be well secured to prevent damage during transport. Pallet shipping requires the goods to be securely fastened to the pallet with straps and, if necessary, wrapped in film.
Shipment tracking/tracking & document management
With our shipment tracking, you can check the status of your delivery at any time. Simply enter your tracking number in our portal and track your shipment in real time. All necessary shipping documents are also securely stored and available for download in the portal.
transport insurance
Every shipment sent worldwide is automatically insured up to €500, so you can relax during delivery. Higher insurance coverage is also available upon request and can be selected during the ordering process.
International shipping for private individuals
Private senders also benefit from our all-round service:
- Collection from your home
- Preparation of the pro forma invoice
- Transport insurance up to €500 included
